A Like Mother, Like Daughter Haiku

My daughter’s working on her teaching credential and a classmate did a “lesson” in one of her classes on poetry and haiku.  Everyone had to try it. Here’s what Hillary came up with:

Breeze on the bayou
Water remains still as glass
Sharp white teeth emerge.

Okay.  You get it?  Someone is going to die!
